Tapered hub bearing unit
This classification includes the 2nd and the 3rd generation tapered roller bearings. They are mainly used in large SUVs, pickup trucks, minibuses, etc., The tapered roller bearings could withstand large radial and axial forces as well as provide high precision rotation, low friction torque and the wheel speed signal.
It is mainly composed of inner ring, outer ring, steel balls, cage and seals. The outer ring is integrated with double raceways and mounting holes. The product is pre-filled with grease to achieve life-long lubrication. A flange or shaft needs to be installed during installation. Press-fitting is less than that of wheel hub bearings, realizing more optimized control of preload.

The flange is integrated with a raceway. The product is pre-filled with grease to achieve lifelong lubrication. It can be installed only by loading bolts. The preload control has been achieved during the assembly.
