This classification includes the 1st, the 2nd and the 3rd generation bearings using steel balls as rolling bodies. They are mainly used in passenger cars, SUVs, minicars, etc. and they could withstand medium radial and axial forces as well as provide high precision rotation, low friction torque and the wheel speed signal.
It is mainly composed of an inner ring, an outer ring, a flange, steel balls, a cage and a seal. The outer ring is integrated with two raceways and the mounting hole. The flange is integrated with a raceway. The product is pre-filled with grease to achieve lifelong lubrication. It can be installed only by loading bolts. The preload control has been achieved during the assembly.
