When the epidemic broke out, the management team attached great importance to the prevention and control work immediately, "Must not have any employee be a case". The company followed the process of publicity, implementation and error correction in order to protect the safety of each employee.
Looking back to the last four months, we overcame the difficulties without much resistance. Every employee devoted himself/herself in work as his/her promise to the company: "Nothing to worry, we back you up!"
"Never let go of any quality defects from my hands" - Li Shulian from the assembly line of the 3rd manufacturing department.
Li Shulian, as one of the outstanding employees in 2019, believes that "every staff is the first person responsible for products quality ". She has repeatedly won the“most trustworthy person in quality control” and her yearly production qualification rate was 99% with no quality accident occurred in 2019. She is definitively a great example in her department.
"I am a newcomer, but not a greenhand" -- Hou Xiaoliang from flange team of the 3rd manufacturing department.
Hou Xiaoliang, as a new employee who has just joined the company for more than a year, has become an important force in the department. His performance is among the best of the team. His hard work has won unanimous praise from the team leader and inspectors. He keeps himself busy and complains nothing during his shift. He firmly believes that his effort will pay off.
"Keeping the enthusiasm for work continuously" -- Jiang Naiqin from grinding team of the 4th manufacturing department.
As an employee who has joined the company for 20 years, Jiang Naiqin has been working tirelessly. She dedicates herself in her post and completes various production tasks carefully, which has been praised by her leaders. She masters the skill through efforts that she could operate 6 machines at the same time. She won the first prize in the Operation Skills Competition held by Wanxiang Group and she solicitously imparted the knowledge to more than 20 apprentices. Jiang Naiqin said, "The company gave me such a big stage to show myself. I love my job very much and I believe I will continue to love this job in the future."
"Machines can be intelligent, but work needs sincerity." -- Ni Da, the group leader of automatic lines from the 2nd manufacturing department.
Ni Da contacted all the employees working in the automatic workshop as soon as he received the task of epidemic prevention and control. He confirmed the condition and location of employees and tracked the physical condition of employees staying in key epidemic areas every day. On the first day of work resumption, he played an exemplary role in standing fast to his post and acting responsibly. Ni Da took the lead in the disinfection work in all areas of the workshop and took charge of the daily meal distribution for employees to ensure the health of them in this critical period. He believed that every employee needs to be treated carefully. A qualified Wanxiang employee ought to work hard and sincerely.
